Dependancy definition

Dependancy means any of the following dependencies of Digimarc on [**] and such [**] employees, agents, representatives and subcontractors:
Dependancy is characterized by continued drinking/drug use, in spite of recurring problems from that use.

Examples of Dependancy in a sentence

  • Digimarc shall not be responsible to the extent any failure by Digimarc to perform the Services in accordance with this Agreement is directly attributable to: a) a delay by [**] to perform any [**] Task (as defined in clause 5.1) applicable to the affected part of the Services; b) a Dependancy applicable to the affected part of the Services not being fulfilled by [**]; or c) a force majeure event (as defined in clause 17.1).
