Departmental Promotion Committee definition

Departmental Promotion Committee means a Committee constituted from time to time under regulation 26 for the purpose of making recommendation for promotion to or confirmation in any grade or post.
Departmental Promotion Committee. (DPC) means a Group ‘A’ Departmental Promotion Committee specified in Schedule-III for considering the cases of promotion or confirmation to Group ‘A’ posts of the Service.
