Department Use definition

Department Use means for use by Department employees, or by Departmental employees or staff augmentation consultants (i.e. temporary, term or Contract professional or service personnel or employees who work in Department facilities and whose work is supervised or managed by the Department), in the performance of official Department business or projects; but shall not mean for use by such Department or consultant employees for non-Departmental projects or purposes; and shall not mean for use by consultants other than staff augmentation consultants, such as those retained to provide independent professional consulting engineering services.
