Dental Contractor definition

Dental Contractor. (“contractwr deintyddol”) means a GDS contractor or a PDS contractor;
Dental Contractor means a dental maintenance organization (DMO) that is under contract with HHSC for the delivery of dental services. Dental Contractors are prepaid ambulatory health plans.

  • In addition, the Dental Contractor must not pass on the cost of the VAS to Dental Members or Providers.

  • Original contractor means a person, including an owner-builder, that contracts with an owner to provide preconstruction service or construction work.
