Demonstration Systems definition

Demonstration Systems means equipment and related goods provided to customers or prospective customers for the purpose of allowing such parties to test Borrower’s products and services.
Demonstration Systems. A prototype version of CORVUS Planning System may be procured by RESELLER from Supplier under this Agreement for use in the creation and demonstration of RESELLER Products in a non-clinical environment. The configuration of the Demonstration System is described in more detail in the attached Exhibit B.
Demonstration Systems means Technology sold by AXIA for promotional purposes, where MSEM and AXIA agree in advance that the sale is for the purpose of demonstrating the technology and reliability of the system for a Customer.

Examples of Demonstration Systems in a sentence

  • The provisions of this paragraph shall not apply to Demonstration Systems delivered to Borrower’s customers or prospective customers in the ordinary course of business.

  • In addition, Philips shall be entitled to purchase Com21 Products comprising up to four (4) additional Demonstration Systems for internal use within the Philips Broadband Networks organization.

  • The price of the Demonstration Systems shall be discounted from Com21's current price list as set forth in Exhibit E hereto (Demonstration Systems Prices) and shall include, without charge, one (1) copy of the Com21 Software for each Demonstration System.

  • At all times, following the initial training as described in Section 4(d), it shall be Distributor's responsibility to install and maintain all Demonstration System(s) and updates thereto, itself.

  • Davox shall conduct training classes and provide documentation to Distributor's employees in order to allow Distributor to install and maintain the Demonstration Systems.

  • The provisions of this paragraph shall not apply to Demonstration Systems delivered to Borrower’s customers or prospective customers in the ordinary course of business.” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “The Collateral is not in the possession of any third party bailee (such as a warehouse) except as otherwise provided in the Perfection Certificate.

  • Uniphase shall also supply to KLA-Tencor and its Affiliates up to three (3) Demonstration Systems per year, as provided in Section 1.5.

  • Following said training, it will be the responsibility for Distributor to install and maintain all Demonstration Systems.

Related to Demonstration Systems

  • Information Systems means all computer hardware, databases and data storage systems, computer, data, database and communications networks (other than the Internet), architecture interfaces and firewalls (whether for data, voice, video or other media access, transmission or reception) and other apparatus used to create, store, transmit, exchange or receive information in any form.

  • Production System means a live SAP system used for running Licensee’s internal business operations and where Licensee’s data is recorded.

  • Leak-detection system means a system capable of detecting the failure of either the primary or secondary containment structure or the presence of a release of hazardous waste or accumulated liquid in the secondary containment structure. Such a system must employ operational controls (e.g., daily visual inspections for releases into the secondary containment system of aboveground tanks) or consist of an interstitial monitoring device designed to detect continuously and automatically the failure of the primary or secondary containment structure or the presence of a release of hazardous waste into the secondary containment structure.

  • Information system means a discrete set of information resources organized for the collection, processing, maintenance, use, sharing, dissemination, or disposition of information (44 U.S.C. 3502).

  • Reservation System means the Contributor's Reservation Terminal and Reservation System equipment and software, if any.
