Demolition Phase definition

Demolition Phase means the 7 phases of demolition set out in Table 5.3 of the Environmental Statement (October 2014) and identified on Drawing Reference NHH AES M2 IP02 - Demolition Stages (dated 4 February 2015).

Examples of Demolition Phase in a sentence

  • Prior to the Commencement Date, and further subject to the provisions of Article 7 below, Tenant shall not and shall have no authority whatsoever to make any improvements to the Property or commence any construction of the Project, including, without limitation, any portion of the Demolition Phase or other Earthwork Construction.
