Tenant shall deliver the Contraction Premises to Landlord in the condition as it was required to be maintained by Tenant under this Lease, reasonable wear and tear and Demising Work, if any, excepted, and subject to the provisions of Section 5.3 and Article VI.
Landlord shall be deemed to have waived Tenant’s performance of any Demising Work not shown on the Final Drawings except to the extent required to satisfy Legal Requirements.
If, in connection with a Colocation Site subject to the TSA, the Demising Work is not substantially completed prior to the expiration of the TSA, then Parent or its Subsidiary shall have the option to terminate the TSA with respect to the applicable Colocation Site and shall no longer have the obligation to accept a lease or sublease for such Colocation Site.

The costs of the Demising Work, including, without limitation, the costs of installing and painting the demising walls shall be paid by Sublessor.
