Demand Party has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).
Demand Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a)(i).
Registration Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.1(a).
Demand Registration Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.1(a).
CAFA Notice means the notice of this Settlement to be served upon State and Federal authorities as required by the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, 28 U.S.C. § 1715.
FOIA Notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;
Piggyback Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).
Demand Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

Registration Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).
Notice of Dissent means a notice of dissent duly and validly given by a registered holder of Company Shares exercising Dissent Rights as contemplated in the Interim Order and as described in Article 4.
LIBOR Notice means a written notice in the form of Exhibit L-1.
Investor Notice means written notice from an Investor notifying the Company and the selling Key Holder that such Investor intends to exercise its Secondary Refusal Right as to a portion of the Transfer Stock with respect to any Proposed Key Holder Transfer.
Xxxxx Notice means the Notice of Grant of Stock Option accompanying the Agreement, pursuant to which Optionee has been informed of the basic terms of the option evidenced hereby.
Offeror’s Notice means the notice described in Section 10.3; and
OJEU Notice means the contract notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Long Form Notice means the form of notice that shall be posted on the Settlement Website created by the Settlement Administrator and shall be available to Settlement Class members by mail on request made to the Settlement Administrator in the form attached as Exhibit 2.
Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Stockholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 1.13(f).
Reminder Notice means a notice in writing issued in accordance with clause 7.1(1)(a).
Requesting state means a state which invokes the procedures of the compact to secure the undertaking or intensification of measures to control or eradicate 1 or more pests within 1 or more other states.
Registration decal means an adhesive sticker produced by the department and issued by the
Shelf Takedown Notice shall have the meaning given in subsection 2.1.3.
Long-Form Registration has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).
Initiating state means a state in which a proceeding pursuant to this or a substantially similar reciprocal law is commenced.
Shelf Takedown Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.5(a).
Resale Registration Statement means a registration statement under the Securities Act registering the Securities for resale pursuant to the terms of the Registration Rights Agreement.
