Dell Supplier definition

Dell Supplier means any corporation, partnership, limited liability company or other entity that (a) is not a Dell Entity, and (b) produces, assembles, stores or manages goods that are utilized by the operations of any Dell Entity or provides services in connection with the operations of any Dell Entity (including services for Dell Nashville Employees).
