Delivery Phase definition
Delivery Phase means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the date of Final Acceptance of the last Set in the Fleet;
Delivery Phase means, in respect of each Stage, the period beginning on the date of this Agreement and ending on and including the Date of Service Readiness for that Stage.

Indicative Delivery Phase Fee is set out in the Contract Particulars, as adjusted (if at all) in accordance with this Special Condition. More Definitions of Delivery Phase
Delivery Phase means the phase of the Project commencing on the Commencement Date until the Project Completion Date;
