Delivery of possession within the meaning of this Lease was accomplished on July 19, 1999. Except as expressly set forth elsewhere herein (i) the Demised Premises are being delivered in an "as is" condition and (ii) all of the obligations and covenants of Lessee herein shall commence as of the date of delivery of possession, except as expressly stated herein.
