Delivery of Items means the transportation of Items to the address, specified by the Sender in the air waybill, or their handing out to the Recipient in the Company’s office or in FedEx Network at the Itemspoint of destination. 1.9. “Hand delivery of Items” means handing out the Item directly to the Recipient (addressee) or his authorized representative or his attorney, acting under the Power of Attorney, or any other person instead of the individual person or legal entity, specified in the air waybill, having a clear authority to receive the Item on behalf of the Recipient. 1.10. “FedEx Network” means an international transport network, organized by FedEx Group of Companies to deliver documents and parcels to the countries, where FedEx Network works. 1.11. “Company’s services” mean services for the air and land transportation and delivery of documents and parcels from the Sender to the Recipient on the door-to- door basis.
