Delivery API definition

Delivery API means the RAD application programming interface (API) that allows the Merchant to exchange information with RAD.
Delivery API means the Bee Delivery application programming interface (API) that allows the Merchant to exchange information with Bee Delivery.

  • Partner may make the Delivery API available to a Merchant using the Partner Platform; provided that Partner requires the Merchant to consent to the Merchant Delivery Terms of Service (attached at Exhibit C) or the Merchant has signed agreement to the Merchant Delivery Terms of Service (attached at Exhibit C).

  • Delivery Agent means, in relation to any Series of Covered Bonds that contemplates physical settlement, the financial institution appointed as delivery agent for the purposes of such Covered Bonds and named as such in the applicable Final Terms;
