Delivered Volumes definition

Delivered Volumes has the meaning specified in Section 5.9.
Delivered Volumes means, with respect to any period of determination, the sum of wellhead volumes of crude oil (measured at LACT units or applicable delivery points in the applicable Earn-Out Contract) or volumes of natural gas (measured at wellhead meters or CDP receipt points or applicable delivery points in the applicable Earn-Out Contract) delivered to the Company or any of its Affiliates pursuant to the Earn-Out Contracts during such period.
Delivered Volumes has the meaning specified in Section 8.1.

More Definitions of Delivered Volumes

Delivered Volumes means on any date, the total amount of Crude Oil actually delivered by Seller or its Affiliates to Buyer pursuant hereto.
Delivered Volumes means MVC Credit Volumes plus, for any calendar year or calendar quarter, the aggregate number of additional Barrels of Fresh Water delivered to Persons other than Antero or any of its Affiliates through the Water Assets to the extent such volumes are not included in the calculation of MVC Credit Volumes.

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Committed Volume means, with respect to a Committed Shipper, the minimum daily volume of Crude Petroleum set out in Schedule A to the Committed Shipper’s TSA.

  • Runoff volume means the volume of water that runs off the land development project from a prescribed storm event.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Gross Standard Volume as herein used means volume corrected to a temperature of sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit, in accordance with the latest API/ASTM measurement standards, and at equilibrium vapor pressure.
