Delivered on time definition

Delivered on time means all work products, documents, or other deliverables are placed in the custody or control of the designated EPA COR on or before the deadline(s) stated in the Task Order, unless an extension is granted by the COR after a satisfactory showing of good cause by the Contractor.

  • Succession Time means, for any Appointment, (a) the Effective Time, if all Authorizations for such Appointment have been received as of that time or (b) if any Authorization for such Appointment has not been received as of the Effective Time, the time that all Authorizations for such Appointment have been received.
