Delivered Material definition

Delivered Material means the returnable metals delivered by the Supplier to Affinor BV.
Delivered Material. SPECIFICATIONS means DRUG SUBSTANCE SPECIFICATIONS or PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS, as applicable.
Delivered Material means Mixed Waste. Directions include an approval, authorisation, certification, decision, demand, determination, instruction, notice, order, permission, rejection, request or requirement. Disclosed Information means all of the information disclosed to the Contractor by or on behalf of Council and includes all of the information listed or referred to in this Agreement. Dispose or Disposal means activities or works to load, transport and dispose at the Disposal Facility any Delivered Material.

  • Title to and risk of loss the Delivered Material shall remain with the Supplier throughout the entire process of weighing, sampling and assaying.

  • The Council may establish regulations governing the operations of ambulances, wreckers, and other motor vehicles used in connection with emergencies, disasters, or accidents, and may provide for the operation of an ambulance service or a wrecker service, or to enter into a contract or contracts for the providing of such service by a private person or persons.

  • The Delivered Material is weighing at Affinor BV using a calibrated scale.

  • In case the Delivered Materials contains gold, Supplier must indicate by telephone, mail or email within same Business Hour calculated from the time of the offer, whether he wishes Affinor BV to return the refined Delivered Material.
