Delivered Energy definition

Delivered Energy means the kilowatt hours of Electricity actually fed and measured by the energy meters at the Delivery Point and as certified by SLDC/MSEDCL authorities.

  • Seller shall, at its sole expense, but subject to the Compliance Cost Cap, take all actions and execute all documents or instruments necessary to ensure that all WREGIS Certificates associated with all Renewable Energy Credits corresponding to all Delivered Energy are issued and tracked for purposes of satisfying the requirements of the California Renewables Portfolio Standard and transferred in a timely manner to Buyer for Buyer’s sole benefit.

  • Seller shall, at its sole expense, ensure that the WREGIS Certificates for a given calendar month correspond with the Delivered Energy for such calendar month as evidenced by the Project’s metered data.

  • In any Contract Year, if the amount of Delivered Energy plus the amount of Deemed Delivered Energy exceeds one hundred twenty percent (120%) of the annual Contract Quantity amount, the Contract Price for such Delivered Energy and Deemed Delivered Energy in excess of such one hundred twenty percent (120%) shall be adjusted to be seventy-five percent (75%) of the applicable Contract Price.] 4.6 CAISO Charges.

  • If WREGIS changes the WREGIS Operating Rules after the Execution Date or applies the WREGIS Operating Rules in a manner inconsistent with this Section 3.1(k) after the Execution Date, the Parties promptly shall modify this Section 3.1(k) as reasonably required to cause and enable Seller to transfer to Buyer’s WREGIS Account a quantity of WREGIS Certificates for each given calendar month that corresponds to the Delivered Energy in the same calendar month.

More Definitions of Delivered Energy

Delivered Energy means all Energy produced from the Project, expressed in MWh, as recorded by the meter specified in Section 5.2.1 or the Check Meter, as applicable.
Delivered Energy means the Electric Energy from the Project that is delivered by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point.
