Delivered Ancillary Services definition

Delivered Ancillary Services means the type and, if applicable, the MW of Ancillary Services Delivered by Owner.
Delivered Ancillary Services means the type and, if applicable, the MVAr of Ancillary Services Delivered by Owner.
Delivered Ancillary Services means the type and, if applicable, the MW of Ancillary Services Delivered by Owner. "Delivered MWh" means the MWh of Energy Delivered by Owner, including any Ramping Energy, and shall be equal to the sum of Billable MWh, Hybrid MWh, MWh deemed Delivered under Section 5.1 (f); and MWh Delivered from Substitute Units under Section 5.1 (c) or Section 5.1 (d).

Related to Delivered Ancillary Services

  • Ancillary Services means those services that are necessary to support the transmission of capacity and energy from resources to loads while maintaining reliable operation of the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Applicable Laws and Regulations:

  • Optional Services means services that a USF Service Provider is authorized but not required to provide pursuant to the USF Services and Subsidy Agreement and any Licences held by a USF Service Provider;
