Deliverable Due Date definition

Deliverable Due Date means, with respect to a particular deliverable, the date by which such Deliverable (in a final and approved form) is required to be submitted by the MSI to the Employer for all the Modules, as specified in the Work schedule.
Deliverable Due Date. USDS Servicer shall furnish deliverables specified herein in accordance with the delivery schedule and requirements, to the delivery point(s) specified in paragraph b of this section and as further described in Attachments 1a, 2a, and/or 4a or at the Task Order level. i. If a deliverable is due on a calendar day that falls on a weekend day or on a Federal Government holiday, the deliverable is due on the following business day. ii. Deliverable Due Date. The list of all applicable permits or notifications of exemption and the final plans and specifications deliverables must be received no later than five (5) business days of receipt by the Grantee from the Engineering Consultant.
