Delinquent Bank definition

Delinquent Bank has the meaning set forth in Section 7.10(a).
Delinquent Bank means a Bank that misses any funding time specified in the Procedures, including a funding time for the repayment of Plan COs; and
Delinquent Bank shall have the meaning specified in Section 12.07 hereof.

  • A Delinquent Bank shall be deemed to have satisfied in full a delinquency when and if, as a result of application of the assigned payments to all outstanding Loans of the nondelinquent Banks, the Banks’ respective pro rata shares of all outstanding Loans have returned to those in effect immediately prior to such delinquency and without giving effect to the nonpayment causing such delinquency.

Delinquent Bank has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.5.5.(a) hereof.
