Delegee means any Committee member or members, officer of the Company or any other person or persons to whom the Committee or an officer has delegated any of its authority or duties under the Plan; provided, however, that no such delegation shall give non-Committee members authority with respect to non-ministerial actions under the Plan that affect individuals who are subject to the reporting and other provisions of Section 16 of the Exchange Act or any successor provision.

Delegee means the organisation, enterprise or individual designated by the relevant government or public authority to exercise the public trust function of a ccTLD and consequently recognised through a communication between ICANN and the designated entity for that purpose. Delegee refers to any employee, independent contractor, or agent of a User, including an Agency Member, that the User engages to perform any work on its behalf under a Service Contract.
