Delayed Information definition

Delayed Information means Information in respect of which more than fifteen (15) minutes (or any other time period prescribed by Bursa from time to time) have elapsed from the time the Information was first transmitted to the market;
Delayed Information. : shall mean those stock price index and individual stock trading information which have been transmitted more than twenty minutes after the Real-Time Information.

Examples of Delayed Information in a sentence

  • If the Licensee intends to amend the manner in which it provides Information in accordance with clause 2.3, which involves providing Delayed Information instead of providing Information on a real-time basis, the Licensee shall be responsible for the existing Redistribution Fee and the existing Minimum Subscriber Fee payable for the relevant Datafeed (as set out in Schedule 3) for a period of 90 days from the date that HKEX-IS provides written consent to such amendment.

  • If the Licensee intends to amend the manner in which it provides Information in accordance with clause 2.3, which involves providing Delayed Information instead of providing Information on a real-time basis, the Licensee shall be responsible for the existing Redistribution Fee and the existing Minimum Subscriber Fee payable for the relevant Datafeed (as set out in Schedule 3) for a period of 90 days from the date that HKEX-IS (CHINA) provides written consent to such amendment.

  • Real-time Information Fees cover display of Real-time Last Sale Information and Delayed Information on Licensee’s Group Websites or mobile display applications.

  • All use of End-of-Day Information shall be regarded as use of Delayed Information.
