Definitive Phase-In-Recovery Bonds definition

Definitive Phase-In-Recovery Bonds means Phase-In-Recovery Bonds issued in definitive form in accordance with Section 2.13 of the Indenture.

  • Until so delivered in exchange, the Temporary Phase-In-Recovery Bonds shall in all respects be entitled to the same benefits under this Indenture as Definitive Phase-In-Recovery Bonds.

  • If Temporary Phase-In-Recovery Bonds are issued, the Issuer will cause Definitive Phase-In-Recovery Bonds to be prepared without unreasonable delay.

  • Upon surrender for cancellation of any one or more Temporary Phase-In-Recovery Bonds, the Issuer shall execute and the Indenture Trustee shall authenticate and deliver in exchange therefor a like principal amount of Definitive Phase-In-Recovery Bonds of authorized denominations.

  • After the preparation of Definitive Phase-In-Recovery Bonds, the Temporary Phase-In-Recovery Bonds shall be exchangeable for Definitive Phase-In-Recovery Bonds upon surrender of the Temporary Phase-In-Recovery Bonds at the office or agency of the Issuer to be maintained as provided in Section 3.02, without charge to the Holder.

  • Definitive Phase-In-Recovery Bonds will be transferable and exchangeable at the offices of the Phase-In-Recovery Bonds Registrar.

  • Upon surrender to the Indenture Trustee of the Global Phase-In-Recovery Bonds by the Clearing Agency accompanied by registration instructions from such Clearing Agency for registration, the Issuer shall execute, and the Indenture Trustee shall authenticate and deliver, Definitive Phase-In-Recovery Bonds in accordance with the instructions of the Clearing Agency.

  • Definitive Capital Securities Certificates means either or both (as the context requires) of (i) Capital Securities Certificates issued as Book-Entry Capital Securities Certificates as provided in Section 5.11, and (ii) Capital Securities Certificates issued in certificated, fully registered form as provided in Section 5.13.

  • Definitive Securities means Bearer Securities in definitive form and includes any replacement ETP Security issued pursuant to these Conditions.

  • Temporary Global Note means a global note in the form or substantially in the form set out in Part 1 of Schedule 6 together with the copy of the applicable Final Terms attached to it with such modifications (if any) as may be agreed between the Issuer, the Agent and the relevant Dealer, comprising some or all of the Notes of the same Series issued by the Issuer under the Programme Agreement or any other agreement between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer; Tranche means Notes which are identical in all respects (including as to listing); and

  • Definitive Documents means the documents set forth in Section 3.01.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Definitive Security means a certificated Initial Security or Exchange Security (bearing the Restricted Securities Legend if the transfer of such Security is restricted by applicable law) that does not include the Global Securities Legend.

  • Unrestricted Definitive Security means Definitive Securities and any other Securities that are not required to bear, or are not subject to, the Restricted Securities Legend.
