Definitive Documents means the documents set forth in Section 3.01.

Definitive Documents means this Agreement, the Certificate of Designations, the A&R Registration Rights Agreement, the Warrant Certificate and each of the other agreements and instruments entered into and delivered by the Parties hereto in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

Definitive Documents means the Equity Commitment Agreement, the Term Sheet, the Put Option Agreements, the Offering Registration Statements and any and all other documentation in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby.
