Definitive Documents definition
Definitive Documents means the documents listed in Section 3.01.

Definitive Documents means the documents (including any related agreements, instruments, schedules, or exhibits) that are necessary or desirable to implement, or otherwise relate to this Agreement, the Amended Plan (including any plan supplements), the Disclosure Statement, any order approving the Disclosure Statement, and any order confirming the Amended Plan, in each case on terms and conditions consistent with the Amended Plan.

In any such case, following the Company’s receipt thereof, the Company shall promptly provide to the Administrative Agent copies of all executed amendments to Underlying Definitive Documents, executed waiver or consent forms or other documents executed or delivered in connection with any Amendment.
The Definitive Documents not executed or in a form attached to this Agreement as of the RSA Execution Date remain subject to negotiation, execution and delivery, as applicable.
