Defined Clients definition
Defined Clients means persons who have been diagnosed with an intellectual disability, who are in formal care situations, and who require support in order to maintain a reasonable standard of life skills and to handle pressures and demands of life. Close direction – means under close direction undertaking a range of operational activities which are generally routine in nature with limited discretion to enable the completion of work assignments. There is scope and generally an expectation that employees will, having regard to defined standards and instructions, utilise some initiative in the performance of activities wherever and whenever appropriate. Supervision of the employee is either direct or readily accessible.
