Deferred Cash Subaccount definition

Deferred Cash Subaccount means the bookkeeping account to which Deferred Cash Payments of a Participant and interest are credited pursuant to Section 4.
Deferred Cash Subaccount means the subaccount within the Participant’s Account to which amounts deferred under Section 3 hereof are credited as described in Section 5.1 hereof.

Examples of Deferred Cash Subaccount in a sentence

  • The balance credited to the Participant’s Deferred Cash Subaccount as of the last day of the prior month shall be credited with the applicable investment return (or loss) as of the last day of the month of crediting.

  • All amounts credited to the Deferred Cash Subaccount shall be paid in cash.

  • The Company shall maintain a Deferred Cash Subaccount in the name of each Participant.

  • The amount of each succeeding installment shall be equal to the value of the Participant’s Deferred Cash Subaccount and the value of the Participant’s DSU Subaccount (determined in accordance with Section 4.05(b)) on the next succeeding anniversary of the applicable Valuation Date, divided by the remaining number of installments to be paid.

  • All Protected Disclosures concerning financial/accounting or any other matters should be addressed to the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company for investigation.

  • A Participant shall at all times have a 100% vested and nonforfeitable interest in the balance in his Deferred Cash Subaccount.

  • The Committee may, in its discretion and from time to time, permit a Participant to elect to reallocate the amounts in such Participant’s Deferred Cash Subaccount from one rate of return index to another, subject to such conditions and such limitations as the Committee may prescribe; provided that a Participant shall be permitted, at least once per calendar month, to reallocate amounts previously allocated.

  • If the Participant receives installments, the amount of the first installment shall be equal to the value of the Participant’s Deferred Cash Subaccount plus the value of the Participant’s DSU Subaccount (determined in accordance with Section 4.05(b)) determined as of the Valuation Date as of which the installments commence (the “applicable Valuation Date”) pursuant to Section 5.02(a), divided by five (if five installments are elected) or ten (if ten installments are elected).

  • Each Account shall have a Deferred Cash Subaccount and a DSU Subaccount, as applicable, to which shall be credited amounts deferred under Section 3.

  • Amounts in the Deferred Cash Subaccount that were deferred and vested as of January 1, 2005, may be allocated among one or more of the rate of return indices on Exhibit A attached hereto to the extent the Committee so provides and to the extent such provision is not a material modification (within the meaning of Code Section 409A and I.R.S. Notice 2005-1) to the terms of the September 1, 1998 Plan restatement, which are set forth in Appendix A.

Related to Deferred Cash Subaccount

  • Deferred Account means the participant's Deferred Pension Account, Deferred Dividends Account, Deferred Retainer Account, Deferred Fees Account, Deferred Cash Account and/or Deferred Stock Account.

  • Deferred Compensation Account means the account maintained with respect to each Participant under the Plan. The Deferred Compensation Account shall be credited with Participant Deferral Credits and Employer Credits, credited or debited for deemed investment gains or losses, and adjusted for payments in accordance with the rules and elections in effect under Section 8. The Deferred Compensation Account of a Participant shall include any In-Service or Education Account of the Participant, if applicable.

  • Cash Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(ii).

  • Class A-PO Deferred Amount For any Distribution Date prior to the Subordination Depletion Date, the difference between (A) the sum of (x) the amount by which the sum of the Class A-PO Optimal Principal Amounts for all prior Distribution Dates exceeded the amounts distributed on the Class A-PO Certificates on such prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph third clause (2) of Section 4.01(a) and (y) the sum of the product for each Discount Mortgage Loan which became a Liquidated Loan at any time on or prior to the last day of the Applicable Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period for Full Unscheduled Principal Receipts for the current Distribution Date of (a) the PO Fraction for such Discount Mortgage Loan and (b) an amount equal to the principal portion of Realized Losses (other than Bankruptcy Losses due to Debt Service Reductions) incurred with respect to such Discount Mortgage Loan and (B) the sum of (x) the sum of the Class A-PO Recoveries for such Distribution Date and prior Distribution Dates and (y) amounts distributed on the Class A-PO Certificates on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph fourth of Section 4.01(a). On and after the Subordination Depletion Date, the Class A-PO Deferred Amount will be zero. No interest will accrue on any Class A-PO Deferred Amount.

  • Class PO Deferred Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate of the applicable PO Percentage of each Realized Loss, other than any Excess Loss, to be allocated to the Class PO Certificates on such Distribution Date on or prior to the Senior Credit Support Depletion Date or previously allocated to the Class PO Certificates and not yet paid to the Holders of the Class PO Certificates.

  • Company Contribution Account means (i) the sum of the Participant’s Company Contribution Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited or debited to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account in accordance with this Plan, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account.

  • Matching Contribution Account means the separate, individual account established on behalf of a Participant to which the Matching Contributions made on such Participant's behalf are credited, together with all earnings and appreciation thereon, and against which are charged any withdrawals, loans and other distributions made from such account and any losses, depreciation or expenses allocable to amounts credited to such account.

  • Employer Contribution Account means, for any Participant, the account established by the Administrator or Trustee to which Employer Contributions made under Section 3.5 for the Participant's benefit are credited.

  • Company Matching Account means (i) the sum of all of a Participant's Annual Company Matching Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited in accordance with all the applicable crediting provisions of this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account.

  • Deferred Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and each Class of the Subordinate Certificates, the amount by which (x) the aggregate of Applied Loss Amounts previously applied in reduction of the Class Principal Amount thereof exceeds (y) the sum of (1) the aggregate of amounts previously reimbursed in respect thereof and (2) the amount by which the Class Principal Amount of such Class has been increased due to any Subsequent Recovery.

  • Tax Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.6 hereof.

  • Deferral Account means the Company's accounting of the Director's accumulated Deferrals plus accrued interest.

  • ESOP Account means a Participant’s account to which are credited Matching Contributions made to the Plan after March 31, 1989, and earnings and losses thereon.

  • Matching Account means the account maintained on the books of the Employer for the purpose of accounting for the Matching Amount and for the amount of investment return credited thereto for each Participant pursuant to Article V.

  • Rollover Account means the account established hereunder to which amounts transferred from a qualified plan or individual retirement account in accordance with Section 4.6 are allocated.

  • Excess Funds Subaccount is defined in Section 8.02(a) of the Indenture.

  • Deferred Stock Account means a bookkeeping account maintained by the Company for a Participant representing the Participant's interest in the shares credited to such Deferred Stock Account pursuant to Paragraph 7 hereof.

  • Capital Subaccount is defined in Section 8.02(a) of the Indenture.

  • Participant’s Account means an account maintained for each Participant’s participation in DSUs and/or RSUs under the Plan;

  • Contribution Account means an account, or accounts, into which the Accountholder and employer contributions are deposited by the TPA, and from which HSA dollars are swept into the Cash Account.

  • Share Account means the brokerage account established by the Agent for each Participant to which shares of Common Stock purchased under the Plan are credited in accordance with Section 9. The Share Account will be established pursuant to a separate agreement between each Participant and the Agent.

  • Elective Deferral Account means the account established hereunder to which Elective Deferrals (including a separate accounting for Catch-Up Contributions) are allocated. Amounts in the Participant's Elective Deferral Account are nonforfeitable when made and are subject to the distribution restrictions of Section 12.2(e). The Elective Deferral Account may consist of the

  • Voluntary Contribution Account means the account established and maintained by the Administrator for each Participant with respect to his total interest in the Plan resulting from the Participant's nondeductible voluntary contributions made pursuant to Section 4.12.

  • Rollover Contribution Account means the separate Account maintained for a Member to record such Member's share of the Trust Fund attributable to any Rollover Contribution made to the Plan on his behalf.

  • Profit Sharing Account means any one of the accounts so designated and provided for in Section 6.01.

  • Reinvestment Deferred Amount means, with respect to any Reinvestment Event, the aggregate Net Cash Proceeds received by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in connection therewith that are not applied to prepay the Loans pursuant to Section 2.09(b) as a result of the delivery of a Reinvestment Notice.
