Deferred Asset Phase-In Rider definition

Deferred Asset Phase-In Rider means the rider setting forth the Phase-In-Recovery Charges as initially provided in the Financing Order or as may be amended from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, the term Deferred Asset Phase-In Rider does not include the riders filed by OPCo in order to charge and to collect any commercial activities tax, gross receipts tax or any other similar tax associated with the Phase-In-Recovery Charges.
