Examples of Deferral Notice in a sentence
A Deferral Notice is subject to the requirements regarding notices set forth in Section 1.10.
During a transition period that shall apply only to the 2021-2022 Planning Year, Market Participants may submit a Demand Resource Deferral Notice no later than March 31, 2021 for existing accredited Demand Resource, and Market Participants may submit a Demand Resource Deferral Notice no later than March 31, 2021 prior to initially qualifying as a Demand Resource.
Partial deferrals will not be permitted and the Company may refuse to honor the Deferral Notice if, in the reasonable opinion of the Company’s external legal counsel, the Deferral Notice does not comply with the Subsequent Deferral Rules, or is otherwise reasonably likely to adversely affect the Company under the Subsequent Deferral Rules.
The Company shall give the Holder of the Security and the Trustee written notice (a "Deferral Notice") of its selection of a Deferral Period at least ten days prior to the record date for any distributions that would have been payable on the Trust Securities except for the decision to begin or extend such Deferral Period.
The quarter in which any Deferral Notice is given pursuant to the second paragraph of this Section 3 shall be counted as one of the 20 quarters permitted in the maximum Deferral Period permitted under the first paragraph of this Section 3.
