Defense Agreement definition

Defense Agreement means any agreement entered into between the Company and United States Department of Defense concerning the disclosure of information to third parties so long as such agreement is not materially more adverse to the Lenders with respect to their inspection, audit and visitation rights than the draft dated October 2, 1995 of the Special Security Agreement among AXA, The Equitable Companies Incorporated, Donaxxxxx, Xxfkxx & Xenrxxxx, Xxc., DLJ Capital Investors, Inc., DLJ Merchant Banking, Inc., Parent, Company, and the United States Department of Defense.
