Defendant definition

Defendant or “Defendants” means any or all of the Defendants named in the Action, now or in the future.

Defendant means any party named as a defendant in the Action at any time up to and including the date when the Court has entered a final order certifying the Settlement Class described in Paragraph 12 and approving this Agreement under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure (“Rule”) 23(e).

Defendant or “Respondent” means any party against whom a claim for relief is asserted.

Defendant means a person against whom the claim or counterclaim was brought in the State of origin;
