DQ List has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(g).
Material safety data sheet or "MSDS" means the chemical, physical, technical, and safety information document supplied by the manufacturer of the coating, solvent, or other chemical product, usually through the distribution network or retailers.
Recall List as used in this Agreement means the list of employees who are laid off from employment with the City or removed from their position by reason of a reduction in the size of the workforce, and who retain a right to return to their prior job classification pursuant to the terms of the Labor Agreement and/or Civil Service rules.
Class List means a complete list of all Class Members that Defendant will
Customer List means a list of the Borrower’s customers, specifying each customer’s name, mailing address and phone number.
Sanctions List means the "Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons" list issued by OFAC, the Consolidated List of Financial Sanctions Targets issued by Her Majesty's Treasury, or any similar list issued or maintained or made public by any of the Sanctions Authorities;
Safety Data Sheet means a safety data sheet within the meaning of regulation 5 of the CHIP Regulations;
Exception Report As defined in the Custodial Agreement.
Data Sheet means an integral part of the Instructions to Consultants (ITC) Section2thatisusedtoreflect specific assignment conditions to supplement, but not to over-write, the provisions of the ITC.
Data Tape Information The information provided by the Responsible Parties as of the Cut-off Date to the Depositor or the Sponsor setting forth the following information with respect to each Mortgage Loan: (1) the Mortgagor's name; (2) as to each Mortgage Loan, the Scheduled Principal Balance as of the Cut-off Date; (3) the Mortgage Rate Cap; (4) the Index; (5) a code indicating whether the Mortgaged Property is owner occupied; (6) the type of Mortgaged Property; (7) the first date on which the Scheduled Payment was due on the Mortgage Loan and, if such date is not consistent with the Due Date currently in effect, such Due Date; (8) the "paid through date" based on payments received from the related Mortgagor; (9) the original principal amount of the Mortgage Loan; (10) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, the Maximum Mortgage Rate; (11) the type of Mortgage Loan (i.e., Fixed Rate or Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, First Lien Mortgage Loan or Second Lien Mortgage Loan); (12) a code indicating the purpose of the loan (i.e., purchase, rate and term refinance, equity take out refinance); (13) a code indicating the documentation style (i.e., full, asset verification, income verification and no documentation); (14) the credit risk score (FICO score); (15) the loan credit grade classification (as described in the underwriting guidelines); (16) with respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the Minimum Mortgage Rate; (17) the Mortgage Rate at origination; (18) with respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the first Adjustment Date immediately following the Cut-off Date; (19) the value of the Mortgaged Property; (20) a code indicating the type of Prepayment Charges applicable to such Mortgage Loan (including any prepayment penalty term), if any; (21) with respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the Periodic Mortgage Rate Cap; (22) the applicable Responsible Party with respect to such Mortgage Loan; (23) with respect to each First Lien Mortgage Loan, the LTV at origination, and with respect to each Second Lien Mortgage Loan, the CLTV at origination; and (24) if such Mortgage Loan is covered by a primary mortgage insurance policy or a lender-paid primary mortgage insurance policy, the primary mortgage insurance rate. With respect to the Mortgage Loans in the aggregate, the Data Tape Information shall set forth the following information, as of the Cut-off Date: (1) the number of Mortgage Loans; (2) the current aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Mortgage Loans; (3) the weighted average Mortgage Rate of the Mortgage Loans; and (4) the weighted average maturity of the Mortgage Loans.
Locational Deliverability Area Reliability Requirement means the projected internal capacity in the Locational Deliverability Area plus the Capacity Emergency Transfer Objective for the Delivery Year, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, less the minimum internal resources required for all FRR Entities in such Locational Deliverability Area.
Open Item List means a list of work activities, Punchlist items, changes or other issues that are not expected by Owner and Contractor to be complete prior to Substantial Completion.
Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.
Short-List means the list of Persons that the Department determines are the best highly qualified potential Design-Builders for the Project, based on an evaluation of the SOQs submitted by such Persons.
health and safety file means a file, or other record containing the information in writing required by these Regulations "health and safety plan" means a site, activity or project specific documented plan in accordance with the client's health and safety specification;
Exclusion List means the HHS/OIG List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) (available through the Internet at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx).
Software Order Form means the order form for the Software, Third Party Software and related SAP Support ordered by Licensee thereunder, including information on Software, Third Party Software, SAP Support, fees, and other information necessary for the delivery of such items to Licensee.
State Sanctions List means a list that is adopted by any state Governmental Authority within the United States of America pertaining to Persons that engage in investment or other commercial activities in Iran or any other country that is a target of economic sanctions imposed under U.S. Economic Sanctions Laws.
health and safety specification means a site, activity or project specific document prepared by the client pertaining to all health and safety requirements related to construction work;
List of Approved Contractors means a list developed by each Transmission Owner and published in a PJM Manual of (a) contractors that the Transmission Owner considers to be qualified to install or construct new facilities and/or upgrades or modifications to existing facilities on the Transmission Owner’s system, provided that such contractors may include, but need not be limited to, contractors that, in addition to providing construction services, also provide design and/or other construction-related services, and (b) manufacturers or vendors of major transmission-related equipment (e.g., high-voltage transformers, transmission line, circuit breakers) whose products the Transmission Owner considers acceptable for installation and use on its system.
Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.
Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;
Disclosure Order has the meaning set forth in Section 10.7.
Brand Name or Equal Specification means a specification which uses one or more manufacturer’s names or catalogue numbers to describe the standard of quality, performance, and other characteristics needed to meet District requirements, and which provides for the submission of equivalent products.
Condition Report means a condition report with respect to a Group III Vehicle, signed and dated by a Lessee or a Franchisee and any Manufacturer or its agent in accordance with the applicable Vehicle Disposition Program.
Environmental and Safety Requirements means all federal, state, local and foreign statutes, regulations, ordinances and similar provisions having the force or effect of law, all judicial and administrative orders and determinations, all contractual obligations and all common law concerning public health and safety, worker health and safety and pollution or protection of the environment, including all such standards of conduct and bases of obligations relating to the presence, use, production, generation, handling, transport, treatment, storage, disposal, distribution, labeling, testing, processing, discharge, release, threatened release, control, or cleanup of any hazardous materials, substances or wastes, chemical substances or mixtures, pesticides, pollutants, contaminants, toxic chemicals, petroleum products or by-products, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls (or PCBs), noise or radiation.
