DEFECTIVE CONTRACT definition
DEFECTIVE CONTRACT. Any Contract which is required to be repurchased pursuant to Section 2.02 or 2.03.
DEFECTIVE CONTRACT means any Pledged Contract which constitutes a ------------------- "Defective Contract" within the meaning of Section 3.5(a).
DEFECTIVE CONTRACT has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.18 of this Agreement.
