Examples of Default Product in a sentence

  • If Borrower elects to convert this Note, or is required to convert this Note by the terms hereof, but does not select a particular product from the list of available products by the date specified in the list of products, the product designated by Lender as the Default Product on the list of available products will be deemed to have been selected by Borrower.

  • The Parties further acknowledge and agree that any change in the price of the Default Product pursuant to this section shall reflect only the increased cost associated with the additional purchase of RECs as set forth herein and no other changes.

  • If you do not renew with True Power or switch to another REP, your service will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis after the expiration of your initial contract on the Default Product, a variable price product where the price will be determined by current market conditions until cancelled by you or True Power.

  • The Default Product for the Municipality shall be the 1) Standard Product or 2) collectively, either the 100% Renewable Clean Power Product or Standard Product Plus Green-e RECs [select 1) or 2) and initial].

  • The Parties further acknowledge and agree that, if Municipality has selected the 50% Renewable Clean Power Product as the Default Supply, in the event that Tier 1 RECs are available at or below $▇▇.▇▇▇/kWh, the Parties may mutually agree to change the Default Product from the 50% Renewable Clean Power Product to the 100% Renewable Clean Power Product, which election will be reflected in an amendment to this Exhibit A.

  • The Default Product for the Municipality shall be the 50% Renewable Clean Power Product, as that term is defined in the 2024 ESA Distribution Utility: Owner or controller of the means of distribution of the natural gas or electricity that is regulated by the Public Service Commission in the Municipality.
