Deemed Capital Distributions definition
Deemed Capital Distributions shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 9.01(b).
Deemed Capital Distributions means the distributions to the Limited Partners in excess of the Stated Distribution Rate on the Capital Contributions of the Limited Partners.
