In the event the AOAO Board determines that it is not necessary to collect funds from Deeded Owners or Hawaii Collection Members either for the construction contingency, the escalation contingency, the delinquency allowance or otherwise, the Board shall reduce the Water Intrusion Assessment accordingly and the amounts charged or collected from Deeded Owners and Members of the Hawaii Collection in years 2015 and 2016 shall be recalculated and either eliminated or reduced, as appropriate.
Deeded Owners may submit nominations and a statement of reasonable length describing their experience and qualifications.
