Dedicated Personnel definition

Dedicated Personnel means individuals employed by or under contract with BNYM whose primary duty is providing services to or on behalf of the Fund.

Dedicated Personnel means the Contractor’s Personnel (other than an apprentice or intern) who provides a service to or on behalf of the Authority involving 2 or more hours of work in any given day in a week, for 8 or more consecutive weeks in a year.

Dedicated Personnel means General Sales Personnel of at least Account Executive level who will be dedicated full-time (100 percent of work time) to the provision of Sales Services pursuant to this Agreement.

• The Contractor shall pay to all Dedicated Personnel any increase in respect of the living wage rates for the duration of the contract without incurring additional cost to the Authority.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, Terra may freely employ any of the Dedicated Personnel, and (i) general advertisements in newspapers and similar media of general circulation and (ii) use of recruiting firms that are not instructed to target a party’s employees shall not be a violation of clause (a) of the preceding sentence.

More Definitions of Dedicated Personnel

Dedicated Personnel has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5.1.1 hereof.
