Dedicated Instruments definition

Dedicated Instruments means the Dedicated Deeds and the Dedicated Leases.
Dedicated Instruments means the Dedicated Leases and Producer’s mineral deeds to the extent that such mineral deeds cover the Dedicated Acreage.
Dedicated Instruments shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit C.

  • Use of proceeds: The proceeds from the issue of Dedicated Instruments will be used for replacement of bank borrowings, optimisation of debt structure or replenishment of working capital.

  • Subject to the compliance with the terms of the Dedicated Instruments, Gatherer may enter into gathering, transportation and processing agreements with Persons other than the Producer to provide firm gathering, transportation and processing services on the Gathering System with prior written consent from Producer (each, a “Third Party Agreement”), but may not provide services on the Gathering System to such Persons otherwise.

  • Term of validity of the resolution: The term of validity of the resolution of the issue of Dedicated Instruments will be 24 months from the date of the approval of such resolution at the general meeting.

  • Effective as of the Effective Date, Producer exclusively dedicates and commits the Dedicated Acreage in accordance with the terms of the Dedicated Instruments to this Agreement and to deliver to Gatherer under this Agreement, as and when produced, (a) all of the Dedicated Products and water owned by Producer and (b) all of the third party Gas, Oil and water under the Control of Producer, in each case produced during the Term from the Dedicated Acreage.

  • Permitted Instruments Any one or more of the following:

  • Credit Support Instruments has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(a).

  • Designated Institution shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.12(a).

  • Proper Instructions means Written Instructions.

  • Eligible Instruments means monetary assets, money market instruments and securities that are payable in Dollars only and essentially risk free as to collection of principal and interest, including U.S. Government Obligations.

  • Proper Instruction means a writing signed or initialed by one or more person or persons as the Board shall have from time to time authorized. Each such writing shall set forth the specific transaction or type of transaction involved. Oral instructions will be deemed to be Proper Instructions if (a) FAS reasonably believes them to have been given by a person previously authorized in Proper Instructions to give such instructions with respect to the transaction involved, and (b) the Investment Company, or the Fund, and FAS promptly cause such oral instructions to be confirmed in writing. Proper Instructions may include communications effected directly between electro-mechanical or electronic devices provided that the Investment Company, or the Fund, and FAS are satisfied that such procedures afford adequate safeguards for the Fund's assets. Proper Instructions may only be amended in writing.

  • Subsequent Transfer Instrument Each Subsequent Transfer Instrument, dated as of a Subsequent Transfer Date, executed by the Trustee and the Depositor substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit Q, by which Subsequent Mortgage Loans are transferred to the Trust Fund.
