Dedicated Funding Pool definition

Dedicated Funding Pool means a funding pool for a specific program in respect of which any surpluses are maintained by the Society within that program and are not available for alternate use or reallocation;

  • The Parties agree to continue the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Dedicated Funding Pool of $1,500,000 established under the Predecessor Agreement to offset enrolment costs and monthly licence expenses and to support early adopters of EMRs.   • Permitted Fund Manager means any Person that on the date of determination is (i) one of the entities on Exhibit C attached hereto and made a part hereof or any other nationally-recognized manager of investment funds investing in debt or equity interests relating to commercial real estate, (ii) investing through a fund with committed capital of at least $250,000,000 and (iii) not subject to a proceeding relating to the bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization or relief of debtors.

  • Non-Managing Member means any Member other than the Managing Member.

  • Approved Funding has the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule B.

  • Pooled Fund means any pooled fund established and maintained by the Partners as a pooled fund in accordance with the Regulations Pooled Fund Manager means such officer of the Host Partner which includes a Section 113 Officer for the relevant Pooled Fund established under an Individual Scheme as is nominated by the Host Partner from time to time to manage the Pooled Fund in accordance with Clause 8.2. Provider means a provider of any Services commissioned under the arrangements set out in this Agreement.

  • Wading pool means a shallow pool, with sides 15 inches or less in height, capable of being dumped to change water and used primarily for small children.
