Decommissioning Obligations definition

Decommissioning Obligations means any and all existing and future Claims, including Third Party Claims and Government Claims, associated with, and for, abandoning, decommissioning, idling, removing or making safe all Assets, whether such Claims are incurred under or pursuant to any of the Conveyance Documents or any Right of Way Interests, or under statutory, common law, regulation, order, permit, judgment, decree or other obligation, and including any residual liability for anticipated or necessary continuing insurance, maintenance and monitoring costs. Decommissioning Obligations include all of the following:
Decommissioning Obligations means any and all dismantling and decommissioning activities and obligations with respect to the Oil & Gas Assets as are required by Law, any Governmental Authority or any applicable Contract, including all well plugging, replugging and abandonment, facility dismantlement and removal, pipeline and flowline removal, dismantlement and removal of all other property of any kind related to or associated with operations or activities, and associated site restoration and site remediation.
Decommissioning Obligations has the meaning given in Clause 6.4;
