Decision Date definition

Decision Date means the date of the Board meeting immediately preceding the decision deadline.

Decision Date means the date on which the Committee approves or rejects an application under Clauses 4, 5, 6 and 18 below or the date on which the Committee cancels the registration of a Registered Specialist Trade Contractor under Clause 11 below;

Decision Date as defined in subsection 2.17(b).
