Percentage means, for any Lender on any date of determination, the percentage obtained by dividing such Lender’s Commitment on such day by the total of the Commitments on such date, and multiplying the quotient so obtained by 100%.
Numerator means, in the case of the SONIA Compounded Index, 365 and, in the case of the SOFR Compounded Index, 360;
Aggregate Stated Principal Balance As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances for all Mortgage Loans (and when such term is used with respect to a particular Mortgage Pool, the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Pool) which were outstanding on the Due Date in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date.
Data Universal Numbering System +4 (DUNS+4) number means the DUNS number assigned by D&B plus a 4- character suffix that may be assigned by a business concern. (D&B has no affiliation with this 4-character suffix.) This 4-character suffix may be assigned at the discretion of the business concern to establish additional SAM records for identifying alternative Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) accounts for the same parent concern.
Current Prices means the prices for the specified materials prevailing on any date subsequent to the date 28 days prior to the latest date set for the submission of the Tenders, by reason of any National or State Statute or Ordinance,
