December Ticking Fee means (A) €493,000 times (B) the number of days equal to the lesser of (i) 31 and (ii) from 1 December 2012 to the Closing Date (inclusive).
Ticking Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(b).
Quarterly Date means the last day of each March, June, September and December.
L/C Fee Payment Date the last day of each March, June, September and December and the last day of the Revolving Credit Commitment Period.
Fee Payment Date (a) the third Business Day following the last day of each March, June, September and December and (b) the last day of the Revolving Commitment Period.
Upfront Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.07 hereof.
Closing Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.09(c).
Commitment Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).
Deferred Sales Charge Payment Date means June 10, 2015 and the tenth day of each month thereafter through October 10, 2015.
Facility Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).
Accrual Date With respect to any Series or Class of Certificates, the date upon which interest begins accruing on the Certificates of such Series or Class, which shall be specified in the related Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
Initial Payment Date has the meaning specified in Section 3 of this Supplement.
Final Payment Date means the "Final Payment Date" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Quarterly Payment Date means the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December.
Unused Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).
Deferred Sales Charge Payment Dates means the dates specified for deferred sales fee installments under "Investment Summary--Fees and Expenses" in the Prospectus for the Trust.
Note Payment Date means any date on which principal of or interest on any Note is payable.
Joining Fee means the one-off fee charged by the trustee/sponsor of a scheme and payable by the employers and/or members upon joining the scheme.
Basic Rent Payment Date means the Delivery Date, and the numerically corresponding day in each calendar month thereafter during the Term, and if such day is not a Business Day, then the immediately preceding calendar day which is a Business Day.
Accrual Termination Date Not applicable.
Booking Fee is the fee an Agency charges for scheduling Sign Language Interpreters.
Exit Fee shall have the meaning specified in the Fee Letter.
Unused Facility Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).
Scheduled Final Payment Date means, with respect to each Tranche of Securitization Bonds, the date when all interest and principal is scheduled to be paid with respect to that Tranche in accordance with the Expected Amortization Schedule, as specified in the Series Supplement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Scheduled Final Payment Date with respect to any Tranche shall be the last Scheduled Payment Date set forth in the Expected Amortization Schedule relating to such Tranche. The “last Scheduled Final Payment Date” means the Scheduled Final Payment Date of the latest maturing Tranche of Securitization Bonds.
Tax Payment Date means, with respect to any applicable Taxes, the date occurring 30 days prior to the date the same are due and payable.
Upfront Fees means, with respect to any Receivable, the sum of any fees charged by Holdings or the Receivables Account Bank, as the case may be, to a Receivables Obligor in connection with the disbursement of a loan, as set forth in the Receivables Agreement related to such Receivable, which are deducted from the initial amount disbursed to such Receivables Obligor, including the “Origination Fee” set forth on the applicable Receivable Agreement.
Interest Accrual Date means with respect to any Security, the date the Company accepts funds for the purchase of the Security if such funds are received by 3:00 p.m. (EDT) on a Business Day, or if such funds are not so received, on the next Business Day.
