Debt Capital Markets Financing definition

Debt Capital Markets Financing has the meaning given to it in Clause 8.3 (Mandatory prepayment and cancellation from Debt Capital Markets Financings and Target Disposal Events).
Debt Capital Markets Financing means any issue of debt instruments in the international or domestic capital markets (including any hybrid or convertible instruments) by a member of the Group (other than any member of the Target Group) after the date of this Agreement, excluding any renewal, extension or refinancing of any bond maturing in February 2012;
