Debt Act definition

Debt Act means the Act of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth known as the “Local Government Unit Debt Act”, 53 Pa.C.S. Chs. 80-82, as amended and supplemented, from time to time.
Debt Act means the Local Government Unit Debt Act, 53 Pa. C.S. § 8001 et seq., as amended and supplemented from time to time.

Section 76.3), or as such regulations may be amended.
