Dealing Price definition
Dealing Price means the price at which Shares can be subscribed for, or redeemed or repurchased from time to time.
Dealing Price means the price per Share at which we will arrange for Shares to be acquired for you. The Dealer will calculate the Dealing Price. The Dealing Price is explained further in Condition 6(b).

The amount of FM Ordinary Shares shall be calculated by: (C2×50%) Dealing Price of FM Ordinary Shares.
