DEALER'S AOR. The area of responsibility assigned to Dealer under this Agreement. DISPUTE - Any dispute, controversy, or claim between Dealer or an Affiliate and JDCEC, Deere Credit, Inc., or ERS, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or other legal theory.
