DEALER BUYBACK definition
DEALER BUYBACK means the reassignment of an Automobile Contract to an originating Dealer as a result of a breach of a representation or warranty of the Dealer or breach by the Automobile Contract Debtor under any Automobile Contract acquired by the Company with recourse to such Dealer.
