De-Installation definition

De-Installation means, at a minimum, (i) the temporary or permanent full removal of the Station and its associated Street Treatments, and, (ii) the designation of the Station as “Out of Service” on, or removal of the Station from, the Program website, app, and all other real-time data sources.
De-Installation means sanitization/wipe of HDD, removing all Leased Computing Assets from site.
De-Installation means, at a minimum, (i) the temporary or permanent full removal of the Hub and its associated Street Treatments, and, (ii) the designation of the Hub as “Out of Service” on, or removal of the Hub from, the Program website, app, and all other real-time data sources.

Examples of De-Installation in a sentence

  • In the event of an early termination of this Agreement by the Customer, the Customer is liable to pay to the Provider, within 10 days of the Termination Date, the De-Installation Fee and any and all other amounts previously accrued under this Agreement and owed by the Customer to the Provider.
