DDTA definition

DDTA means an Other Stock-Based Award granted in the form of a “deferred stock unitsubject to the time-based vesting requirements described in Section 3.1 herein.

Examples of DDTA in a sentence

  • Each DDTA that is unvested as of the date of the Holder’s termination of Employment shall immediately expire on the date of such termination without consideration or payment therefor.

  • Each DDTA represents the right to receive a Share upon the Settlement Date following the vesting of such DDTA.
