At the end of each calendar month, Bank shall provide Borrower with a monthly DDA Account statement in the form customarily used by Bank for its commercial customers and a loan account statement.
Each Account and DDA Account shall be for the exclusive use of the specific Fund for which it was established, and references herein to the Account and DDA Account shall mean to such Fund's Account.
The Subcustodian shall furnish the Custodian with a summary of all transfers to or from the Account and the DDA Account from time to time as mutually agreed.
